“It is a huge privilege to work with such diverse, determined and creative young people and lead such a talented and driven staff team. They never fail to make me proud every single day! The most rewarding part of my job is to witness the pupils making progress in their learning and personal goals every single day, and the hard work of the staff to help them to do this.
