“What I find most rewarding about working with pupils with additional learning needs is seeing them discover the joy of learning, develop skills that will support them throughout life, and achieve goals they may once have thought were out of reach. Celebrating their progress, building positive peer relationships and seeing their confidence grow is at the heart of what I do. Above all, I love being part of creating an inclusive learning experience where every pupil feels valued, supported and empowered to achieve their potential.”
